Artist in Residence: Rachel Campbell-Osborne
Rachel Campbell-Osborne served as the fifteenth Mesa County Libraries Artist in Residence at 970West Studio. The dates of her residency were May 24 - August 30, 2021. During the residency, she kept open studio hours at 970West on Thursdays from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, allowing her to showcase her art and creative process for Mesa County residents. She also gave seven public, educational programs:
